Jimboomba Challenge Results 2012

Well done to all of the athletes who competed at the Jimboomba Athletics cross country meet on Saturday 14 April. We had more than double the number of runners this year compared with last year.

Great to see so many of our Little Athletics members and schools taking part.

Especially well done to Braelan Renton who beat home 40 competitors in the 3000m to place first with a time of 11.20 and than ran the 6000m race (placing 2nd) for a warm down!

Well done to Emily, Kelsie and Camryn who competed at the Qld Cross Country relay championships. Our girls placed 4th in the U14 3X3000m against older girls in a time which would have won them a medal in the U16 age group!
